I am deeply honored to share that I was commissioned to create the 2025 holiday card for Dr. Phillips Charities, an organization whose generosity and longstanding commitment to Central Florida has touched countless lives. When designing the holiday card artwork, I wanted every element to reflect the heart of Dr. Phillips Charities—their history, their community impact, and their ongoing dedication to serving others. The final piece weaves together symbolic imagery that tells a story of giving, growth, and connection.

Positioned prominently as a grounding motif, the logo represents the organization’s identity, history, and vision.
Orlando Skyline
The recognizable cityscape highlights the community they uplift, with a special focus on landmarks that symbolize creativity, culture, and progress.
Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts
Included as a meaningful nod to one of the organization’s most transformative contributions to Orlando’s arts community.
A Hand Holding an Orange
This became one of the most important symbols in the artwork. The orange represents giving—an offering of abundance, kindness, and support. It echoes the agricultural roots of the Phillips family while illustrating the generosity that defines the charity today.
A Basket of Oranges
Overflowing and vibrant, the basket signifies the countless charitable organizations that Dr. Phillips Charities has supported through decades of dedicated philanthropy. Each orange represents a gift, a program, a partnership, or a life touched.
A Swan from Lake Eola
Graceful and iconic, the swan pays homage to the beloved residents of downtown Orlando’s Lake Eola. It brings a touch of local charm and elegance to the composition while symbolizing peace and community.
Across the artwork, the phrase “A Legacy of Giving” ties all the imagery together—a tribute to the enduring impact Dr. Phillips Charities continues to make throughout Central Florida.
