Sweet & Sticky Groves - Vintage Citrus Label - Original Artwork

Alligators are everywhere in the South! Growing up on the south side of Lake Okeechobee, Heather was surrounded by water and large alligators, one of Florida's most notorious wildlife creatures.
 
"Sweet & Sticky Groves" is an homage to the wild heart of Okeechobee, where untamed nature meets the rich agricultural soul of Florida. At the painting's center, an alligator reclines amidst vibrant oranges. The alligator, both guardian and symbol of the region's untamed beauty, gazes calmly, embodying the harmony between the natural world and the bountiful groves that define the Okeechobee area. Established 1951" is a tribute to Heather's parents, who were born that year.

Vintage Florida citrus labels inspired this collection.  Heather put her unique twist on these labels, creating fun and interesting fictitious names. Each label was hand-painted on a custom cabinet door; some were taken from an old Florida home built in 1954!  Each piece is one of a kind!
